Dr. Kinghorn finished his degree in Dentistry at the UNLV School of Dental Medicine in Las Vegas, NV.

Dr. Kinghorn hails from Lewisville, Idaho. He has been married since July 2004 and is a father of two lovely daughters and a son. He and his family love living in the Gallatin Valley.
Dr. Kinghorn is very friendly and conscientious. He chose his profession because he loves meeting and interacting with people and providing exceptional care for them. Being in the field of dentistry allows him to get the best of both worlds.
As a dentist, he lives by his four core values: respect, integrity, attention to detail, and hard work. He pledges to work endlessly to provide his clients with the best dental experience possible. He also speaks fluent Spanish to cater to the needs of his Hispanic patients.
When he isn’t working, Dr. Kinghorn enjoys spending time with his family and making new memories. He enjoys recreational hobbies like golf, water skiing and just about anything that takes him outdoors.
Kinghorn and his family love to spend time visiting their families in Southwestern Idaho where he and his wife both grew up.
Dr. Heap finished his degree in Dentistry at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR.

After being out of the valley for five years, Dr. Heap and his family are blessed to be back where their loved ones and close friends live. He and his wife are proud parents of three children: two boys and a girl.
Heap and his wife both grew up in the Bozeman-Belgrade area, making fond memories and establishing strong friendships. Over the years, life has taught Chase valuable lessons, including making and maintaining good relationships with those he comes in contact with.
He has learned that good relationships take mutual respect and sacrifice, which he wants to incorporate into his practice. Having had many experiences working for other offices, Dr. Heap can attest that the professional and caring nature of Belgrade Dental’s staff is unparalleled.

If you don’t see Dr. Heap in the office, you can find him enjoying T-ball or a game of racquetball at The Ridge or on the river fishing.
Office Manager
Kathryn grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in St. Cloud. She moved to the Bozeman area in 2011.
As the office manager, Kathryn loves watching the evolution of the dental industry. She loves the daily challenges and the constant evolving of the dental industry. She especially enjoys the hands-on experiences with patients and is very glad to be a part of the team at Belgrade Dental.
Since moving to Montana, Kathryn has enjoyed all of the outdoor excitement and culture Bozeman has to offer.
Dental Assistant
Kathy is a proud Bozeman native, but due to the military, she has also lived in several other exciting places like Alaska and North Carolina. She is blessed to have five wonderful children and seventeen grandchildren.
In her spare time, she enjoys hobbies like country dancing, horseback riding, and cruising to warm, tropical destinations.
Kathy has been working in the field of dentistry for almost 24 years, and she can confidently say that she loves it! As a dental assistant, she gains satisfaction whenever she conducts one-on-one consultations with patients.
She takes her time to understand people’s concerns and educate them on how to achieve beautiful and healthy smiles. Every day is an exciting experience for her because she gets to work with the wonderful people of Belgrade Dental.
Registered Dental Hygienist
A registered dental hygienist (RDH) is a professional that practices preventative dentistry. While they work closely with dentists, they’re mainly responsible for prophylaxis and oral health assessments. Aside from those, they are also in charge of giving proper patient education, including proper brushing and flossing.
At Belgrade Dental, we’re fortunate and grateful to have our highly skilled resident RDH. Sue was born and raised in Big Timber, MT. She had a basketball scholarship at Caroll College, which paved the way for her to finish a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene.
She has been practicing for more than 30 years and has done 5 international missions—once in Africa, Columbia, and Moldova and twice in Ecuador.
Front Desk/Receptionist
Tiffany grew up in Des Moines, Iowa and moved to Bozeman in February 2021 to adventure out of the Midwest. In her free time she loves spending time with her boyfriend and hiking in the valley. When she is not hiking you can find her at home watching movies or continuing her online classes.
Tiffany has always had a passion for helping others. As a receptionist, she loves meeting patients and and coordinating patient treatment to help patients accomplish their dental goals. Every day is a fun experience for her because she gets to work with the wonderful people of Belgrade Dental.
Front Desk/Receptionist
Josie grew up in a small town in Washington named Zillah. She moved to Montana in spring of 2020, she lives with her boyfriend who is a lineman which allows them to travel this beautiful state.
They ended up in Belgrade February 2020 and have loved the area since. Josie enjoys everything outdoors and on her spare time you can find her fly fishing or boating in the summer and camping in the mountains in the winter.
As a receptionist Josie loves interacting and creating relationships with our patients, as well as with our staff. She never imagined herself working in dentistry but is so happy with where she landed in our office.
Dental Assistants
Kris Nelson is a California native, but has lived in the beautiful state of Montana for over 20 years now and has loved every moment. She has been a Dental Assistant for over 25 years and has enjoyed all the diversity and patient interactions the career has had to offer.
When she’s not working, she enjoys hiking, dirt biking and four wheeling with her two sons. She’s been happy to have made a home with the wonderful team at Belgrade Dental
Dental Assistants
Christine moved to the beautiful state of Montana in 2014 where she started college at Montana State University. She graduated in 2018 with a Bachelors Degree in Animal Sciences.
Her love and passion is evolved around horses, but when she got into the dental field, there was no turning back. She loves helping people and learning new things to broaden her knowledge.
In her spare time, she enjoys riding her horse, Shady, going to the lake with her hubby, Cody, and dog Hoot. She also enjoys every feature about the outdoors, and is in the mountains every chance she can get, especially to chase elk with a bow.
Christine is excited to be apart of the Belgrade Dental team and be surrounded by an amazing team and patients!
Registered Dental Hygienist
Cathy is a Native Montanan from Missoula and got her BA degree in Dental Hygiene at Carroll College in Helena, Montana. Cathy moved to Bozeman in 1999. She has loved her career as a Caregiver and Dental Hygienist for 33 years.
Cathy has served as a Trustee for the Montana Dental Hygiene Association (MDHA) at the State level and as a Component President in the Missoula and Bozeman Chapters.
When not working, Cathy enjoys traveling, hiking, floating the Madison, spending time with friends, and watching our state football teams. Cathy especially enjoys spending time with her three children, boating and relaxing at her family cabin on Lindbergh Lake.
